Kareem Baloch is President of DWA's Layari Town Sector. He is very active member of DWA and great cyclist, he make a record of winning annual cycle race since last 12 years. And he also won tricycle race in Lahore Marathon 2007 and receive 1st position award money of US$ 1000 by the hand of Chief Minister Punjab.

He is not only great cyclist but he also a good swimmer. To earn income of himself and his family he ran rikshaw provided by DWA.
