Mr. Zameer Siddiqui

Mr. Zameer Saddiqui, courageous disabled person, who proved, that disability is nothing for courageous persons. Just imagine a man with fully able body loss his one arm at once, not only lost his arm but also his job that was the only mean of earning for him, just imagine with no support from anywhere even his former employer not give him for any medical treatment despite he loss his arm on job in the factory.

A man with no support, no skill, has to begin a new life with his amputed arm, has to care his family with 5 children. Hardly there will be any person who will not flatten down in this situation. Mr. Zameer too could start begging, look for zakat etc. But Mr. Zameer Saddiqui decided to made an example for others.

He learns wood craft, and start making wooden miniature models with only one hand. He did great in this field and soon start selling ???? his product and earning some income for himself and his family. Even though he is not earning much he not become rich he is satisfy little earning - "mehnat ki rozi" that some time not enough to manage his family life but still he happy that he not rise his hand to beg.

Now he also offering wood craft training to other disabled persons and encourage them to earning their income themselves. His dream is to promote his work at national and international level so more and more people will know his struggle and get inspiration from his hardship in the life and may lot of disabled people get courage from him and come back to life and try to live independent and happy life.

"I am so thankful to Mr. Javed Rais, president Disabled Welfare Association (DWA) who always guide and encourage me. Not only verbal support but also he extend financial support to let me buy my tools that provide me the base to start my work", Mr. Zameer said.

Our president Javed Rais believe that Mr. Zameer is a role model and symbol of courage for disabled persons, we all should learn from him, how to stand strong and how to beat the barriers of disability.

Mr. Zameer also a good player of football and member of hyderabad football team.
